As a Traditional Chinese Medicine certified herbalist, I am most fascinated by harmonies; how different parts work together to maintain a whole. When such a collaboration fails, parts disintegrate and cohesion is lost. Whether we talk about our bodies, society, ecosystems, or something like a painting, it is the harmonious interaction between the parts that keeps it all together.
Studio Gestalta
Studio Gestalta is an art studio based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Inspired by nature, everyday objects and spatial relationships, Studio Gestalta intuitively creates vivid and colourful, contemporary artworks. Central to every piece is the organic unfolding of shapes, guided by the natural movement of the hand, often extending beyond the canvas to evoke a sense of continuity beyond the frame. All artworks are characterized by a minimalistic design and embody the captivating harmony of colours.
